Trenton Duckett is missing since August 27, 2006. His mother Melinda Duckett is the prime suspect, but there is no evidence proving that Melinda did anything with or to Trenton. However, there is a handful of people who want to paint the picture of Melinda as an unfit mother and have persuaded the press to do their dirty work...just like they had DCF do their dirty work. Melinda Duckett was set up.
An interesting fact, kind of an aside, Lifestream offered Melinda Duckett a job.
Melinda was set up in order to make her appear as an unfit mother, someone who was mentally unstable, immoral, fits of rage, to implicate her in Trenton's disappearance and take the focus off who really was to blame. Why have investigators not found any evidence? They picked a suspect and built their case around it, forcing the pieces to fit.
