Thank You FDLE

Was driving on State Road 441 and 326 in Ocala Florida and saw this billboard. Apparently, FDLE doesn't believe ex-detective Rich Giles and FBI agent Scott Bolin...that Trenton is dead.

Thank you guys. We'll find him. Someday.

FDLE - Phil Mitchell Second Interview

This is a copy of the picture of Cara and Phil Mitchell exiting the funeral services of Melinda Duckett on September 15, 2006. Three days prior, Leesburg Police interviewed Phil Mitchell for a second time on September 12, 2006. This time Cara was not with him. And this time the Leesburg Police accused Phil of being with Melinda on the Saturday night before Trenton went missing.

A "witness" (unidentified) stated that they saw Melinda with Phil Mitchell - or at least with a guy that had his mannerisms and "look" - in Daytona Beach on Saturday night and Trenton was WITH them.

Since nothing seemed to come of this - and since it could NOT be verified with Melinda as she was dead during this interview, WHO WAS THIS MYSTERIOUS WITNESS? And of course, as usual, there were NO videos showing Melinda and Trenton.  And WHY did police BELIEVE this witness?

The Leesburg police had Melinda's cell phone pings as to her location...Leesburg on Saturday night. There was a phone call made either to or from Melinda's phone at 8:15 pm. WHY was the identity of the caller not made known?

FDLE- Interview Phil Mitchell

This is the first interview by Leesburg Police on September 6, 2006 with Phil Mitchell. Phil is Cara Mitchell's brother and according to Melinda's list of men in her life, he was a "one night stand and an ass hole". Yes, Melinda kept a list, which the police found among her things.  However, according to Phil, he had an ongoing relationship with her. Melinda's grandparents said that they believed Phil loved Melinda and that they know for sure he hated Josh. Phil was the one Josh accused of setting the fire at Carla's flower shop in Bushnell back in April 2005. Both Phil and Cara attended Melinda's funeral, but neither of them would even look at Melinda's parents. Melinda's father said he believed it was because they felt guilty. Gerry Eubank said that when Melinda told him about the threatening email from Josh's myspace, she said she suspected Cara had something to do with it.

Below are the pages from the public records from FDLE regarding Cara Mitchell's interview by the Leesburg police detectives on August 29, 2006. There are some discrepancies in Cara's interview. She states she hasn't talked to Melinda in over 3 weeks, that they had a falling out. However they planned Trenton's and Melinda's birthday party. Cara bought Melinda a $200 ring for her 21st birthday which was August 14, 2006.

 



In her interview she also states that she cut off ties with Melinda when she and Melinda went to court for Josh's rebuttal of the restraining order Melinda took out on him regarding the email from Myspace. Cara alludes to the police that Melinda told her she sent it to herself. However, take a look at these excerpts from Melinda's Myspace.





And note that Cara was using Melinda's laptop in May 2006 - (She stated that Melinda bought it after the July 3, 2006 Myspace email).
