What about the pornographic pics showing her engaged in sex acts near her son? How does this paint her in a good mom light?

That was a photoshopped picture. It wasn't Melinda but another young woman named Mes who came forward. That picture doesn't even look like Melinda. (her nose is too wide) and Josh in an interview on Nancy Grace (when he NEVER BASHES MELINDA) stated that he was 110% sure that was Trenton. It wasn't Trenton and later debunked. The police know it wasn't Trenton and that the picture was a fake. As far as the porn video, the Palm Beach attorneys have a copy of the porn video, (It was sent to them) and Josh was part of that home made video. Probably done at Carla's really nice double wide. That was the video that Laurie Konnerth brought to the Leesburg Police station and stated on one of her forum posts " the detective practically skipped when I handed him that video.". Talk about someone driving the story. This is the same person that Bill Eubank mentioned in his letter he handed to Josh in the attorney's office in March 2008. How she was so certain that Melinda being on the Nancy Grace show would back her into a corner and then she was capable of doing anything. I will be posting all those comments by Laurie Konnerth in a later article on this blog.

More on the Myspace Email

Here are some more related items to the email. Melinda made some myspace comments to her friends on July 3, 2006. Her last comment before the email was at 7:22PM to Matt Carlson. She thanked him for the flowers, and was in a pleasant mood. Then 53 minutes later at 8:15PM we are supposed to believe that Melinda changed Josh's profile (did not change "proud parent on his profile" created the horrendous threatening email, jam packed with emotion, then sent it to herself. Then at 8:26PM she sent a "Hey Bitch" to Cierra Bacon from FF. Then one minute later at 8:27 she changed the profile again. Then at 10:16PM she's posting again to Pope. That message she received was a private message, an email from Myspace, not a post on her "wall". So she was on myspace but wasn't logged out, so she didn't get any private message until the next morning when she logged back on to myspace.

When Melinda opened her myspace emails, private messages, she opened them up on the morning of July 4, 2006. That is when she read the myspace email from Josh, a/k/a FF. She went to the police immediately, after printing it out.

Timeline of Threatening Myspace Email

The FF myspace page was created one day before the child support hearing. The first comment was from Kyle on February 1, 2006.

The myspace email was sent to Melinda at 8:15 PM on July 3, 2006.

Here is a comment from Amanda Scott on June 18, 2006 commenting on the FF picture - before the email was sent. This picture was taken from Amber Spurlock's photobucket. It was taken in April 2006.

Here is a message sent by FF myspace to Cierra on July 3, 2006 at 8:26 PM just minutes after sending the email to Melinda.

Amber Spurlock moved into Josh's bedroom, when he moved back to Melinda. Carla gave her Josh's cell phone. She had access to all of Josh's things, including the computer. She would have known Josh's passwords. On July 3, 2006 Carla was served with the child support and divorce papers. That night the email was sent out.

Amber was friends with Amanda Scott and Cierra Bacon. They went to South Sumter High
together, along with Josh and Melinda.

The police report stated that there were two witnesses who heard from "others" that Melinda admitted to sending the email to herself. I wonder if those two witnesses were Amanda Scott and Cierra Bacon?

Melinda's Shotgun

Melinda wanted to be a police officer. She went online on July 20, 2006 and purchased a guide and a practice test for the CBJAT test. She took the actual test on July 26, 2006. She got her results on August 2, 2006. That's when she placed a $50 deposit on her shotgun at Pat Pawn & Gun Shop. She had to wait for the FDLE background check, for which she paid a $5 fee. She picked up the gun on August 16, 2006 when she turned 21 years old.





Here is her Providian Credit Card statement showing her charges for the online course and materials and for her Notary Bond and for the deposit on the shotgun.
